Thibaut Vanneste

Dr. Thibaut Vanneste obtained his medical degree at the Catholic University of Leuven and completed anesthesiology residency at the University Hospital of Leuven. In the following years, he followed a fellowship in chronic pain, intensive care and emergency medicine in the hospital Oost-Limburg, Genk. Currently, he is working as a staff member in the hospital Oost-Limburg, Genk and at Maastricht University Medical Center.
Furthermore, Dr. Thibaut Vanneste is active in teaching and research. He is working on a PhD thesis 'radiofrequency treatment of the genicular nerves for chronic knee pain' at Maastricht University and has published several articles and book chapters on this topic. He became FIPP in 2017 and was awarded the Hassenbusch price for obtaining the highest score.
