STAY AT SUSESİ HOTEL AND CONVENTION CENTER (HEADQUARTER HOTEL)

We highly recommend you make your hotel reservation by May, 2023 as we have limited number of rooms at the hotel.

Susesi Hotel is perfectly located for business guests in Antalya. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Free Wi-Fi in all rooms, daily housekeeping, private check in/check out, 24-hour front desk are there for their guests. ACCOMMODATION BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS 
-The rates for one night stay and in EUR currency.
-Please note the check-in time is starting from 14:00 and the check-out time should be maximum at 12:00.
-For any changes or cancellations on your booking please contact Ms. İlayda Damar, idamar@kenes.com in writing. 
-Your hotel reservation will be confirmed after we received the full payment by bank transfer or credit card.
-Your hotel reservation can not be guaranteed until full payment is received by the congress secretariat.

CANCELLATION POLICY OF HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Your hotel reservation payment will be non-refundable after your reservation is confirmed.

HOTEL SUPPLEMENT
Please note that, the participants who do not prefer to stay at Susesi Hotel are required to pay "Hotel Supplement Fee" due to hotel policy.

• Hotel Supplement fee is 70.-EUR per person, per day.

TERMS OF PAYMENT 

BY BANK TRANSFER:
Payments should be made in advance by one of the two following means.

**Please send your proof of payment to Ms. İlayda Damar (idamar@kenes.com) via email.

**Please make your bank transfer for your registration fee including the bank transfer charges. If the payment received by the organizing secretariat is less than the accommodation fee, the participants will be charged for the missing amount. 

BY CREDIT CARD:
Holders of Visa or Eurocard / Mastercard may use their cards for charging all costs. Please indicate card number, expiry date and security code on the registration form.

Please note that daily exchange rates will be applied and slight differences on the total charged amount may arise due to fluctuations in the daily exchange rates.
